At Gamini Wigs, we understand purchasing premium Wigs & Toppers online can come with a whirlwind of emotions, from trying to understand what a piece may look like online VS in person, to high restocking fees soaring up to 20%, along with very short Return windows as low as 2 days.. We get it, the struggle is real, and we want to help you! 

For this reason, We offer a longer 5 day return policy,  if you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 5 days upon receiving the item to send it back for a return or exchange. You have 5 days upon arrival to try on the piece and ensure that the fit, style and all checks out right for you, otherwise simply send it back!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (except for tried on), unwashed, Lace uncut (unless comes as a Pre-cut lace piece), with tags, unaltered, and in it's original packaging with all it's original contents. Each item will be inspected and require approval prior to the refund being processed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

All items eligible for Return will be subject to a 6% Restocking Fee that will be deducted from your Refund along with shipping costs.  

If you cancel your order prior to it being shipped out, it will be subject to a 6% Cancellation fee. OR you may exchange one time, if there is another In stock ready-to-ship piece of interest, should you wish to avoid restocking/cancellation fee.

Buyer pays for Return costs, it will be deducted from Refund if Return label was sent to customer.

All Custom Orders & Pre- Orders are Final Sale- Once the order is placed they can not be changed, cancelled, exchanged, or returned. As these pieces have been prepared solely for the client. They are a labor of love made just for the client with lengthy time, effort, labor, and costs associated with preparing your special order exclusively for you. We thank you for understanding.

All Clearance Items are Final Sale.

Shipping Insurance is non-refundable and can not be cancelled once order is placed. The option is available at checkout. 

 

Returns Eligibility & Approval

If you ship back an item that is not approved for return/ Eligible for Return according to these policies, you will be responsible for paying the shipping to send it back to you. 


To start a return, contact us at info@gaminiwigs.com within the 5 day timeframe.

(Please allow at least 24-48hrs for response)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective, has an issue, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any offer to remake or adjust a product is at the company’s sole discretion and evaluated case by case.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as Custom orders or personalized items) as they are made specific according to your order details and to suit your individual needs, they are also not in-stock pieces therefore the materials are ordered and purchased by Gamini for your Custom order/ Pre-order upon Order approval, therefore they can not be cancelled.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Custom Color and Haircut Policy

We hand-color and cut our pieces individually. Colors and cuts may appear differently under various lighting conditions, styling, and screens.

We do not guarantee exact color or cut matches to inspiration photos or prior orders. It is important to keep in mind that inspiration photos for custom orders are for inspiration and artistic guidance, rather than duplication/exact replication. Due to the artistic and custom nature of this artistry, each piece is a unique masterpiece made just for you. Though we do our very best to achieve the look as similar as possible.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer corrections, remakes, or adjustments if we choose to do so according to our professional judgement, but such offers are not guaranteed.

By placing your order, you acknowledge that minor variations in cut, color and tone are normal and to be expected.

Service Policy

While we strive to serve every client with care, there may be occasions where we determine that our services are not the best fit for a client’s needs. In such cases, we may kindly decline a service or order if we believe it’s in the client’s best interest or to ensure the quality and integrity of our work.

Gamini Wigs reserves the right to respectfully decline or discontinue services if it is determined that the client’s needs, expectations, or communication style are not in alignment with our process, policies, or areas of expertise.

Order Guidance & Decision Responsibility

We may offer guidance or recommendations to assist with selecting an order design. This guidance is provided as a courtesy and is intended to support your decision-making.

Final selection, approval, and purchase decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Recommendations are not guarantees of outcome or satisfaction, though we do our very best to provide clients with professional advice and support on their journey.
