Shipping policy
"Ready to ship" pieces typically ship out 2-3 business days after order is placed.
"Pre-Orders" (Made to order) pieces take around 12wks-14wks to complete, then are shipped.
Custom orders processing time varies. It may be the same or longer, must inquire with all details and we will give you a timeframe.
All processing and shipping time frames are only estimates, therefore we will not be held responsible for any delays.
We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages, as once the package has been shipped out, it is no longer in our hands neither in our control, please contact the carrier. We are not responsible, nor liable, if the customer has entered an incorrect address for contact information at checkout. Please ensure that all your contact and shipping information is correct when placing the order. If you have noticed a mistake, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you. If possible we will try to modify the order, though there is no guarantee it can be done if it's too late. Do reach out, and we will do our very best to help you!
Purchase Route Package Protection with your order available at checkout, to insure your package. Shipping insurance is not refundable in case of return.
We reserve the right to deny order and shipping to any country which is deemed "‘risky" or has excessive, strict, prohibited, lengthy processes, or various regulations for shipping and exporting/importing to, that we may refrain from shipping to. In this case, we will refund the order less the transaction fee. When placing the order you have agreed to adhere to all of our policies.
Gamini Wigs is not responsible for any Duty, Customs, Clearance fees, or Import Charges, for International orders. These fees are based off of the Receiver's Country and are not included in the price, they are the Receiver's responsibility. This is normal for International shipping. If there are any certificates required by the receivers country to allow for shipment, then Gamini Wigs will send an invoice to the customer for any remaining fees that must be paid. We ship DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) that means the customer is responsible for these fees. Gamini Wigs does not collect any of these fees, they are paid to the customers/ receivers Country and their local customs authorities. These fees are non-refundable in case of return/exchange. Gamini Wigs can not estimate nor advise, what the cost of these fees may be. As they are applied by the customers/ receivers Country. Sometimes International orders can take substantially longer to arrive, due to the regulations/requirements of the receivers country, customs clearance, and all that pertains to international shipping. Other times it may be rather quickly if the recievers country's regulations are not strict/excessive and the custom clearance goes quickly. There are such things that are out of our control at times.
Gamini Wigs is not liable for any fluctuating foreign currency rates, or fluctuating currency exchange/rates that may happen with international orders purchased from Gamini Wigs or gaminiwigs.com. Buyers please be aware of currency convertibility fluctuations, and currency rate fluctuations, that can happen with international purchases and total cost that may fluctuate with international purchases and currency rates.
